LIME links up with Exclusive

LIME members and clients will have access to a packaging service from Exclusive Connections, which it says is the largest mortgage packager in the market. The service will be available via six Exclusive Connections local offices and will provide members with access to a packaged panel of 17 lenders and an inclusive range of products with competitive procuration fees.

Exclusive Connections is now able to offer members access to an enhanced white-label version of LIME&#39s comprehensive direct submission mortgage club giving them access to an array of lenders and offering a choice of mortgage schemes, including exclusive products.

Exclusive Connections members will receive access to the LIME direct submission non-regulated assurance panel which provides competitive products with enhanced commission terms.

Patrick Day, Exclusive Connections&#39 managing director, says: “This is a great opportunity for both companies to explore new avenues of business. Our national brand and local service allows us to work with corporate names in the financial industry. We are pleased to offer LIME services to our introducers.”

And Amanda Waddington, operations manager at LIME says: “We see this as a chance to boost distribution through the LIME mortgage club, the benefits of which will enhance both propositions.”
