Product numbers reach a three-year high in May

The number of mortgage products available to brokers has reached its highest level in three years, says Mortgage Brain. Some 200 products were introduced in May, a rise of 2% on April, bringing the total to 11,996.

Auto-enrolment — don’t leave it too late…

With auto-enrolment (AE) well under way for the UK’s largest businesses, over the next three years an additional 800,000 smaller employers (with less than 60 employees) will start their journey to comply with the legislation.
