Mortgage.Com joins Inter-Alliance network

Mortgage.Com has become a subsidiary of Inter-Alliance, providing network IFAs with specialist mortgage processing services.

Over 1,400 IFAs in the Inter-Alliance network will have access to a specialist mortgage processing arm, with the addition of Gloucester-based brokerage Mortgage.Com to the Inter-Alliance network.

Former Mortgage.Com managing director Stuart Wilson will become Inter-Alliance&#39s director of mortgage distribution.

The nationwide proposition consists of an Inter-Alliance mortgage club, with exclusive products deals with lenders, enhanced procuration fees and free access to Trigold&#39s mortgage sourcing system.

Wilson says: “This gives us the ability to follow through the aspirations we had for Mortgage.Com. The alliance gives us the chance to operate on a far bigger scale with the financial muscle of the UK&#39s biggest IFA operation in the industry behind us.

“The industry is changing and this is the way forward. TMO, Pink Homeloans, BDS and various other companies have also popped up with this full service idea. The Inter-Alliance mortgage club will be offering exclusive products, with the first provided by the Halifax. Enhanced procuration fees will be available, with an improved payment structure for qualified mortgage advisers.”
