LifeStyle Finance appoints call centre boss

Sub-prime mortgage broker and packager Lifestyle Finance has appointed Neil Fearneyhough as manager of its new call centre in Liverpool.

Fearneyhoughl joins Lifestyle Finance from Vertex, the UK&#39s largest call centre outsourcer, with previous call centre management experience at Littlewoods, Bet Direct and Barclaycard. He reports direct to Lifestyle Finance&#39s directors Mike Worthington, Darren Millington and Ian James.

The call centre opens with 18 key workers generating mortgage leads, and plans to expand to 100 telesales staff by the end of 2003.

Mike Worthington, managing director of Lifestyle Finance, says: “The directors of Lifestyle Finance have strong backgrounds in database management and call centre marketing, so expanding call centre activity is naturally a key growth strategy for the business.

“Neil has a proven background in successful call centre management and also staff development and training. We are delighted that he has decided to join us at this exciting period in the company&#39s growth.”
