GMAC-RFC has launched the 'Platinum Partners' programme, as part of its long-standing commitment to its packager distribution,
Companies within the 'Platinum Partners' initiative will benefit from a range of special facilities, including PR, marketing, compliance and regulatory seminars, early notification of product launches, access to onsite underwriters, over-printed personalised marketing material, access to exclusive products, assistance with staff training programmes, and access to lead generation schemes.
The Platinum Partners will also be served by a team of business development managers headed by Beverley Morris, recently promoted to head of Platinum Partners, who will lead the initiative.
GMAC say Platinum Partners allows them to free up resources within its regional sales force to concentrate on packagers unlikely to become Platinum Partners, but who will also receive enhanced account management on a regional basis to build even closer local working relationships.
Gina Collman, head of corporate communications at GMAC, says: “This move demonstrates our commitment to the packager market, unlike some of our competitors. For our packagers who do not become Platinum Partners, we are offering business as usual, supported by a new regional sales force structure.
“For the 40 firms who have become Platinum Partners, there is the opportunity to build business with GMAC Residential Funding at a faster pace because of the enhanced benefits, all of which will mean a better service for their customers.”
