His role at the group will span Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, Direct Valuations and MoneyQuest Mortgage Brokers. He will also function as managing director of Shepherd Prime.
The former chief executive officer of Ashdown Lyons, which went into administration in February after 19 successful years, was a high profile victim of the recession following the withdrawal of key lenders from the market.
