The three-year fix has a rate of 4.69% with no fee and up to £550,000 with the remortgage solution (free valuation and either Mortgage Transfer Service or £200 cashback).

Its three-year fixed homebuyer deal also offers a 4.69% rate with no fee and up to £550,000 with the homebuyer solution and free valuation.

The four-year fix offers a rate of 4.79% with no fee and up to £550,000 with the remortgage solution (free valuation and either Mortgage Transfer Service or £200 cashback)

There is also a four-year 4.79% rate with no fee and up to £550,000 with the homebuyer solution (free valuation)

A&L Intermediary Sales offers a Mortgage Transfer Service, which takes care of the legal administration work and costs when customers transfer their mortgage to us from another lender.

The lender already offers a two-year fix with a rate of 4.29% and no fee, which is available up to 75% LTV and comes with the homebuyer or remortgage solution.

Ricky Okey, managing director of Alliance & Leicester Intermediary Sales, says: “We are committed to helping homebuyers and those looking to remortgage and this latest range is further proof of that.

“There are very few fee-free deals available at the moment and especially not ones with market leading rates. In addition to savings on the fee, borrowers can save money with the free valuation and legal costs covered using our Mortgage Transfer Service, removing some of the additional costs associated in buying or moving home.”
