Abbey for Intermediaries has relaunched its website today with a different layout and design.
It says the changes make the website easier to navigate and reduce the number of click-throughs that are required.
Miguel Sard, managing director of Abbey, says: “The latest enhancements to our website are designed to support intermediaries by making it quicker and easier for them to find the information they need online.”
The revamp comes after Abbey launched an upload tool in June that allows brokers to scan and submit case documents online.
The lender says this has been well received and is now used for 56% of documents submitted by brokers.
