Mortgageforce makes dreams come true

MortgageForce has made 44 wannabe brokers’ dreams come true with its broker training academy scheme.

The franchise business has signed up 44 recruits to its academy since the scheme was launched in May 2006. So far, 29 candidates have graduated.

The academy trains students from scratch to become CeMAP-qualified but also accepts candidates who have already achieved CeMAP.

The scheme offers an additional post-CeMAP coaching course, which includes practical training in aspects such as customer service, marketing and sales.

Following graduation from the course, candidates are given the opportunity of running one of Mortgageforce’s franchise businesses.

Rob Clifford, chief executive of Mortgageforce, says: “I am delighted we have been able to bring fresh blood into the industry by investing energy and capital in a solution such as this.

“It has helped to cement our position as the country’s leading financial services franchise.”
