Pink launches discount product through Mutual One

Pink Home Loans has launched a three-year discount product in association with Mutual One, and funded by Scottish.

The product offers a three-year discount, refund of basic valuation and legal fees paid for remortgages and has no extended Early Repayment Charges.

Dev Malle, sales director at Pink, says: At a time when fixed rates are being repriced, a discounted product exclusive to Scotland is well timed.

Particularly when it has a good headline rate, no overhangs and makes remortgaging easier through fees assistance.

Jim Dunn, head of mortgage lending at the Scottish, adds: The society is pleased to be joining our fellow mutuals, based in the other side of the border, in offering a highly competitive product in association with Mutual One and Pink.

Richard Carson, general manager of business development at Mutual One, says: “The joint initiative between Mutual One and Pink is proving to be very successful and I am in talks with a number of mutual building societies about imminently providing further products.”
