InterBay appoints BDM to sales team

InterBay Funding, the UK’s new commercial lender, has appointed a business development manager to its national sales team.

Jamie Breathwick joins the team from the Royal Bank of Scotland Group where he held the position of BDM for the past four years.

Breathwick will be supporting brokers in the East Midlands area.

David Lines, director of business development at InterBay, says: “We are delighted to welcome Jamie to our rapidly expanding sales team.

Jamie brings outstanding experience and we know he will develop and maintain the valued relationships we have with intermediaries.

Since our launch at the Manchester Expo in May, the enthusiasm shared by both brokers and our sales and support teams has been overwhelming.

With contacts and case discussions growing in number everyday I am confident that InterBay’s business will go from strength to strength.

We are dedicated to succeeding in the UK market and in our commitment to providing superior service to brokers.”

Breathwick adds: “I’m excited to be working with such a strong team of mortgage professionals who understand brokers’ needs.

The US know-how, all our UK experience, combined with the great fee-free commercial mortgage packages we have to offer is going to make an impact.

I can’t wait to encourage brokers to get involved.”
