A Scottish apology

From Michael Bolton

We apologise for the inconvenience this matter has obviously caused and would assure you that BM Solutions is totally committed to the Scottish market.

Our UK-wide network of business development managers is in place to help provide mortgage intermediaries with any advice or support that is required when dealing with BM Solutions – and there is a business development manager dedicated to serving Scottish intermediaries. The team at the BM Solutions National Mortgage Centre is on hand to help with any mortgage cases that a mortgage intermediary either has or would like to place. In addition, phase one of our website development work is now complete and the second phase is underway to ensure that can offer a far greater level of functionality to mortgage intermediaries. This will be completed in the near future.

We also have in place clear &#39black and white&#39 lending criteria that should help to give customers certainty of a decision. Our position as one of the foremost one-stop lenders, providing a range of specialist and mainstream mortgages, means that we are able to provide a mortgage solution to fit the majority of customers&#39 needs. Wherever this does not appear to be the case, one of our experienced staff is available to work with intermediaries to find the best possible solution.

At BM Solutions we take all feedback seriously and recognise that an area for improvement has been identified. Developments on our intermediary website are currently underway, which means we will be able to offer a full AIP facility – more news on this should follow soon.
