Property websites merge to create premier portal

Propertyfinder and are merging to create the single portal for areas with large stocks of mid to high end properties.

The portal brings together properties for sale and rent from leading estate agents including Anscombe & Ringland; Chancellors; Foxtons; Hamptons; John D Wood & Co; Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Winkworth.

The Propertyfinder website will be relaunched with a new image and will have a total of nearly 65,000 properties from 900 offices, including 4,000 international listings. will offer its member agents access to the 1.25 million property seeking visitors that come to propertyfinder every quarter; an average of 136 electronic referrals per office per month; direct access to homebuyers searching via Google,, and other partners; no restrictions on other internet sites that agents might choose to use and brand awareness three times its nearest competitor.
