Marketing help available online

GMAC-RFC has launched an online marketing toolbox to provide marketing support for mortgage intermediaries.

The toolbox has been created in response to GMAC-RFC research which revealed that intermediaries wanted tips and guidance on PR and marketing activities.

Over 200 mortgage intermediaries and IFAs were interviewed and their feedback revealed that well-designed product literature, advice on advertising or public relations and information regarding regulation would be the most useful marketing tools.

The online toolbox can be found at It includes sections on database management, advertising tips, PR hints, regulation guides, industry news, an events calendar and a mortgage repayment calculator.
