APS Europe adds Northern Rock to residential panel

APS Europe Mortgage Club has appointed Northern Rock to its residential lending panel.

Intermediaries will now be able to take advantage of the lender&#39s dedicated telephone mortgage decision service and online facilities, whilst receiving their procuration fee via APS Europe.

Northern Rock, whose product portfolio includes the 125% LTV – max 95% secured – together range, also offers standard, flexible, offset and buy-to-let mortgages as well as a rapid remortgage service and a &#39help with costs&#39 option.

Whether brokers use paper application forms or submit business online, APS Europe will pass on the full proc fee across the entire range, including the lender&#39s home equity release mortgages and its mortgage payment protection and buildings and contents insurance products.

In the UK, Northern Rock is the most cost-efficient bank and currently the fifth largest net residential mortgage lender.

Ben Gardner, director at APS Europe, says: “The company is delighted to welcome NorthernRock onto the panel. The addition fills a gap and means APS&#39 brokers will find its products and services extremely useful.”

Intermediaries can apply for a P number via APS Europe to submit business to the lender by contacting APS Europe or their normal Northern Rock representative.
