City Residential to help make Liverpool living affordable

A Liverpool-based estate agent has launched an offer to make city living more affordable.

City Residential is offering to pay the 5% deposit, legal fees and even stamp duty up to a total of 10,000 for anybody buying in the newly launched City Central scheme.

Buyers can opt to suspend their mortgage repayments until January 2007.

Marie Wilkinson of City Residential says: “We are providing the opportunity for people such as first-time buyers to purchase a city centre apartment in an impressive and charming development.

“Assistance such as this can often be a deciding factor as to whether people can afford to move, we hope that these offers will encourage prospective buyers to invest in city centre property.”

City Central, a development of one and two bedroom apartments, is filled with impressive features including a glass atrium, original cast iron columns and restored exposed roof trusses.

Developed by Burleigh Estates, City Central is ideally located in the centre of the business district and close to The Met Quarter set to house many designer stores including Flannels and Armani

City Central is renovated to the highest standards with brushed aluminum ironmongery and laminate flooring throughout. All kitchens are fully fitted with modern high gloss units and integrated appliances, including fridge freezer and dishwasher.
