The Commerce Centre has launched an online portal to educate brokers and provide them with commercial and bridging finance.
The independent financial adviser, owned by Thinc Group, signed up 805 appointed representatives to the platform during its pilot and will target the 40,000 advisers now working in the UK.
Its mantra is ECM – educate, communicate and motivate. It offers a range of non-regulated products, in-cluding commercial mortgages, bridging and residential secured loans. ARs can boost their knowledge of these sectors as well as source products from a variety of providers through the portal.
Neil Harkin, managing director of The Commerce Centre, says: “Nobody has launched a proposition like this before. We have exciting deals with major blue-chip and consumer brands in the pipeline and we plan to announce a number of these soon.”
