IF offers five-minute decision in principal via mform.co.uk

Intelligent Finance is to offer a five-minute online decision in principal via mform.co.uk.

mform.co.uk already offers online applications through ING Direct and is working towards deals with other lenders.

Francis Ghiloni, marketing and business development director of mform.co.uk, says: “The mortgage market has a well-deserved reputation for flexibility so it is surprising that many lenders have yet to fully embrace the benefits of online applications.

“There is a growing group of savvy consumers who are comfortable conducting business over the internet and will welcome being able to apply for a mortgage online.

“They know what they want and can save time by applying online.

“It’s appropriate that a lender known for innovation such as Intelligent Finance is among our first fully-integrated online partners.

“We are delighted that it has shown the commitment and vision to work with us. This however is only the start.”

Brian Ewing, head of intermediary sales at Intelligent Finance, says: “This is all about giving clients exactly what they want and neatly brings the core needs of the consumer together in one package – speed, wider choice and the ultimate in flexibility.

“We are delighted to provide this online direct link in response to the changing needs of the consumer.

“This link up with mform.co.uk is an exciting step towards embracing technology to adapt to customer needs, giving them even more choice should they want to utilise the internet to finalise their mortgage choice.”
