em- to launch free SPML legals

Mortgage packager em- is to launch free legals on all Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited sub-prime remortgages across England and Wales from Monday June 10.

The offer, available for a limited period only, is back due to popular demand from brokers after the successful launch of the SPML exclusive of free legals on remortgages in January.

SPML also offers this exclusive deal across its entire sub-prime product range, strengthening its competitive edge even further.

Remortgages from the SPML range also benefit from em-s offer of free valuations and no application fee.

Fixed rates start from as little as 5.29%, with SPML offering a flexible approach through affordability based lending, which is based on a clients individual circumstances, not salary multiples.

Simon Mouncher, operations director at em-, says: We are delighted to be offering once again, free legals across all of SPMLs sub-prime remortgage range.

The range provides a fantastic opportunity for brokers to not only take advantage of free legals, but also em-s offer of free valuations and no application fee, resulting in lower upfront fees for the client.
