Vaughan joins SPML

Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited has appointed Iain Vaughan as business development manager for the Midlands region.

Reporting to account manager, Lynsey Mitchell, Vaughan joins SPML from Your Move in Birmingham where he was a mortgage broker for four years, prior to which he was a BDM for an IFA.

John Prust, sales and marketing director at SPML says: We are delighted to welcome Iain to the sales team, and hope that he enjoys a long and successful career with SPML.

Equity withdrawal rises for first time since 2003
