GMAC says brokers like its service

GMAC-RFC says over three-quarters of brokers are satisfied with its service.

A recent survey shows 79% of brokers say the lender’s service is better than average and 67% describe turnaround times as good or excellent.

GMAC-RFC attributes this to its POSD system which frees up intermediaries’ time so they can focus on selling rather than administration.

The average application to turnaround time is less than 11 days, meaning brokers using the online system don’t have to make as many phone calls as the offer is generated faster.

Jeff Knight, head of marketing at GMAC-RFC, says: “We have always placed the highest priority on excellent service. We’ve seen 10% more cases completed online since our POSD system was introduced.”
