The Mortgage Partners to launch at Mortgage Expo

The Mortgage Partners is to launch its compliance proposition for brokers wishing to go directly authorised at this year&#39s Mortgage Expo.

The company says its compliance servicing operation will be an alternative for brokers who want to stay independent, but also benefit from the services of principal-led firms and networks.

Rather than imposing strict conditions, it is proposing to offer a flexible approach allowing members to pick the services that they want to use, saving brokers time and boosting their income.

The benefits offered include free membership, a steady supply of high quality business leads based on production, and high procuration fees.

The company says that key to its service will be a net enabled partnership, by which all business processes involved with mortgage broking are done electronically.

Included within the software package will be lead generation contact management facilities, electronic sourcing via Trigold, and new business submission and compliance assistance. In addition members will be provided with free software training and support.

Kevin Paterson, managing director of The Mortgage Partners, says: “Mortgage Brokers have got to start making decisions about how they are going to cope with the changes which will result from the forthcoming changes which will result from the forthcoming changes to the mortgage industry.

“The Mortgage Partners is an excellent option and is unique in offering the best of both worlds, independence and all the benefits of network membership.”
