Mortgage Pro to display sourcing system at Mortgage Expo

Mortgage Pro will be displaying its modular mortgage sourcing and processing system at Homebank&#39s stands at this years Mortgage Expo.

Delegates will be able to see how an application is sourced, compliant documentation produced and a fully completed application is sent to the head office module for processing.

Homebank Mortgages PLC, which will be recruiting sales consultants at its stand, will have full working copies of the broker system module from which applications will be sent to the head office module on their second stand opposite.

Robert Baystead, Mortgage Pro IT director, will be demonstrating the head office processing system and showing the features and benefits of the only system which validates new applications thoroughly before automatically applying for references.

The head office system allows for the automatic validation of products against criteria, credit checking, application for valuation, conveyancing and appropriate references where required.

Linked to a powerful diary system and compliance function, it ensures that the broker has up-to-date online information on case progress.

Iain Hendry, Homebank&#39s sales director, says: “Mortgage Pro software allows consultants to spend more time seeing clients secure in the knowledge that their cases are being processed as soon as they press the send button.

“Current volumes of 400-plus new cases per month are being handled by six administration staff. Offer and completion times are now among the best in the industry, since the latest software went live which means happy clients and consultants.”
