Greenbank signs up Nereus Infotek

Greenbank Mortgage Services has signed up with Nereus Infotek for its packaging system D@shboard.

Based in Newry, Co Down, GreenBank provide a specialist mortgage packaging service to brokers in Northern Ireland.

Brian Newell, operations manager at Greenbank, says: “After extensive research, Greenbank has chosen Nereus Infotek&#39s D@shboard system as this will provide all the facilities require to offer the highest possible level of service to get cases offered without unnecessary delays .

In addition, brokers will be able to submit mortgage and secured loan applications and track cases online.”

For Nereus Infotek, the link-up with Greenbank Mortgage Services is a major breakthrough for the company into Northern Ireland&#39s mortgage marketplace.

Jason Hoad, business development director at Nereus Infotek, says : “The company is pleased to welcome another mortgage packager and is looking forward to entering the Northern Ireland marketplace and a long and successful relationship with Greenbank.”

GreenBank will be officially launching D@shboard at its Mortgage Roadshow at the Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast on December 3.
