The Exchange launches call centre CRM system

The Exchange has launched a new call centre customer relationship management system, based on its Officeweb back-office solution.

The new system is now live with the first client, Click Group.

The proposition which can be tailored to the needs of any financial intermediary business – or indeed any other call centre orientated businesses who require a CRM integrated to their telephony systems.

The system was developed in partnership with Callmedia, a UK based contact centre and CTI software technology developer.
