GMAC-RFC has been ranked as the 64th best UK employer by the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies To Work For list.
The listing was based on an anonymous employee survey designed to gather a holistic picture of company life within UK firms.
Judging criteria included leadership, management, personal growth, employee wellbeing, the team, ‘giving something back’, the company itself and whether employees feel they get a fair deal.
Staff feedback revealed that GMAC-RFC’s dedication to ‘giving something back’ was a valuable part of working life, with the company successfully supporting 61 charities throughout 2007 through a combination of volunteering and monetary donations.
Chris Kujawa, human resources director at GMAC-RFC, says: “We are thrilled to have been included in the Sunday Times Best 100 for the third year running. We are very proud to see our company featured in this list alongside other organisations that obviously value and motivate their employees in a similar way to us.
“We do not take such awards for granted and continuously look for ways to make the working environment a better place for our staff.”
