The BDS Mortgage Group’s network arm has teamed up with D B Associates to expand it commercial mortgage offering.
The partnership enables Appointed Representatives of BDS access to a comprehensive commercial lending package from D B Associates. ARs will benefit from extra earning potential, assistance with the case from application to completion and dedicated support in all aspects of the commercial sector.
This partnership further strengthens the BDS network offering which has been going from strength to strength over the past year and comes on the back of the announcement of ambitious growth plans for 2008 as BDS looks to increase its AR numbers by 25%.
Bob Hope, sales and marketing director at BDS, says: “While there is no doubt that the commercial market is feeling the effects of the credit crunch it is still apparent there are a number of opportunities available to mortgage advisers. Enhancing propositions in certain market areas will provide our ARs with access to as many quality services and opportunities as possible and as our network continues to grow it is important that the offerings we provide keep pace with this growth but without diminishing our drive for quality.”
