Pink offers proc fee incentive

Appointed representatives and directly authorised members of Pink Home Loans will be paid an extra 75 on selected product transfers.

Halifax Intermediaries is also offering a 100 proc fee bonus to DA brokers who submit new, home mover and remortgage business via Pink Home Loans Mortgage Club or Club VIP. The deal is available on ranges up to 75% LTV for a limited time.

Neil Hoare, associate director of marketing and IT, says: The bonus fees are a great incentive for our intermediaries to enhance their incomes and with Halifax having recently reduced their rates, the lender also has a competitive product offering for brokers clients.

Jack Saxton, managing director of Halifax Intermediaries, adds: I am delighted that we have been able to further reward Pink’s members in this way. I know it’s for a limited period only, but I hope it further underscores the importance we place on the strong relationship that exists between us.”
