NLA to source best BTL deals for members

The National Landlords Association is making daily checks across the mortgage market to find the most suitable products for its members.

The checks will be carried out via the NLA’s free online sourcing system, NLA Mortgages.

The system allows landlords to access mortgage products that may not be available in the wider market. NLA Mortgages can also help to remortgage members’ portfolios with a cashback guarantee of 0.275%.

David Salusbury, chairman of the NLA, says: “With relatively few buy-to-let mortgages now available, it is very important to be on the ball and only look at products which actually fit landlords’ expected rental income.”
