Account managers axed at West Brom

West Bromwich has confirmed it has made four account managers redundant.

The managers come from the intermediary sales team in the residential and commercial lending divisions and are now on consultation.

A spokesman from West Brom says: “We have entered into a consultation period with those individuals whose jobs are potentially affected and West Brom is doing everything it can to find alternative roles for them in other areas of the business.

“This announcement will not affect either the range or quality of services we provide to borrowers or brokers and we remain committed to providing a professional and reliable lending service to all our customers in the future.”
