Praxis adds Advantage to lender panel

Advantage has revealed it has been appointed to the lending panel of Praxis.

Through Praxis, brokers can now secure deals on the full Advantage product range including the ADV sub-prime range, the Flexishare shared appreciation mortgage and the Open Market HomeBuy plan, supporting the government-backed home buy initiative.

Other products from the Advantage range will become available through the Praxis lending platform as they are released.

Keith Dearling, managing director of Advantage, says: We are delighted to have been appointed to the Praxis lender panel.

“Increasingly, brokers are moving to specialist lenders to access products otherwise un-obtainable and together we are well positioned to meet this demand.

£33.9bn secured on dwellings in November, says BoE
