No ratings change for St. James’s Place UK

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services says the ratings and outlook on insurer St. James’s Place UK have not been affected by the departure of it’s chief executive Mark Lund.

It says SJPUK retains sufficient depth in management to navigate through the interim period pending the appointment of a successor.

Standard & Poor’s will continue to monitor the CEO succession process and the potential implications for strategy and performance.
