The properties will be sold collectively at auction with a guide price of 550,000 to 600,000. But buyers beware – the properties have fallen into a state of disrepair and are still haunted by the ghost of bad dad Trevor Jordache, who was stabbed in the back and buried under a patio on the show.
For all Brookside fans, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity presents itself. On December 17 the 13 properties in Brookside Close in West Derby are set to go under the hammer. They were originally bought by Mersey Television in 1982 as a set for the show, which ran for 21 years.
