Hope creates BDM underwriter role

Hope Capital has appointed Tracey North to the newly-created role of BDM underwriter.

The lender says the role is designed to streamline the application process for brokers and help speed up turnaround times.

North brings a wealth of experience, having spent more than 13 years as a senior relationship manager at NatWest, where she specialised in organising finance for property investors looking to expand their portfolios.

Hope has also appointed consultants The MAD Approach to support its plans for further growth.

Hope Capital chief executive officer Jonathan Sealey says:”Key to us is to ensure that brokers and their clients get the loans that they want, in way and the timescales that they need.
