Foundation Home Loans hires new regional account managers

  

Foundation Home Loans boosted its sales team with the appointment of two new regional account managers.

Victoria Pearce (pictured above) will be the regional account manager for the East, while Paul Ormonde will take on the same role for the South of England.

In this role both will be responsible for building Foundation’s brand presence amount mortgage intermediaries in these areas, developing existing relations and attracting new business leads.

Pearce has previously joined Foundation Home Loans from Shawbrook Bank. She has previously also worked for Santander and Aldermore. She specialises in residential, specialist buy-to-let and commercial lending.

Before joining Foundation Home Loans, Ormonde was a regional account manager for the State Bank of India. He has also worked extensively in the estate agency business, most recently at Knight Frank.

Foundation Home Loans commercial director Andrew Ferguson says: “Both will strengthen our regional networks as further attention is drawn to our specialist lending offerings.”
