Foundation Home Loans appoints regional account manager

Julie BourneFoundation Home loans has appointed Julie Bourne as regional account manager for the North East of England.

Bourne has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked for Darlington Building Society for 14 years, where she most recently held the position of business development manager.

The responsibilities of the new role include supporting the lender’s expansion strategy within the BTL and residential sector.

Foundation Home Loans commercial director Andrew Ferguson says: “Building out our growth strategy is high on the agenda for Foundation Home Loans this year.

“We are thrilled to appoint someone as experienced as Julie to help strengthen our broker network in the North East.”

Regional account manager Julie Bourne adds: “I am excited by the opportunity to be a part of Foundation Home Loan’s pragmatic approach and am eager to start supporting the broader expansion plans.”

This comes after Foundation Home Loans rejigged its BTL product line last month, in order to simplify and increase transparency, according to the building society.
