Fleet adds Crystal to specialist packager panel

Fleet Mortgages has added Crystal Specialist Finance to its specialist packager panel.

Crystal Specialist Finance will now have access to Fleet Mortgages buy-to-let loan products and criteria enhancements, according to the firm.

Fleet Mortgages on 9 April re-entered the market – as part of its relaunch it is offering products across standard, limited company, and HMO and multi-unit blocks.

Crystal Specialist Finance managing director Jo Breeden comments: “It is great to welcome Fleet back into the sector, based on the current trends we are witnessing in the BTL market the suite of products they have created will prove to be very popular.”

Fleet Mortgages distribution director Steve Cox says: “It is incredibly pleasing for all the team at Fleet to be back in the BTL market with a competitive product range and a raft of enhanced criteria.
