First Complete and Pink launch buy-to-let insurance system

First Complete and Pink have launched a buy-to-let insurance system to help advisers sell the product to customers.

The system compares premiums and product features for customers to review and currently has a panel of First2Protect, Let Alliance and Paymentshield.

First Complete and Pink are in talks to add two more insurers to the panel.

It is fully integrated, so all completed applications immediately appear into the back-office system of the insurance provider, and customers get instant cover.

The new system will join the GI Genie quote platform launched by LSL in 2015 which provides the same service for residential household insurance.

First Complete and Pink general insurance and group products development manager Hannah Tasker says: “We understand the importance of giving advisers access to a variety of providers on a panel.

“The buy-to-let market is an important part of so many of our intermediaries’ businesses and we therefore continuously strive to develop new ways to help them succeed in what is an increasingly complex market.”
