Eligible, a technology firm that aims to automate customer retention, has hired Hemel Shah (pictured) as sales director.
Shah, who has worked in the financial industry for over eight years, previously held positions at London & County Mortgages and most recently as a partner at John Charcol.
In his new role, he will focus on the development of new B2B relationships.
