Crystal announces move to meet increasing specialist demand

Crystal Specialist Finance has announced the launch of a new specialist residential offering.

The firm will perform master broker duties for cases featuring later life lending, expats, foreign nationals, adverse credit, self-employed and contractors.

Foundation Home Loans, Masthaven, Pepper Money, Precise Mortgages, The Mortgage Lender and Together have all be sourced as panel lenders, according to the firm.

Furthermore, new panel agreements have been agreed with the following building societies: Family Building Society, Market Harborough Building Society and Tipton & Coseley Building Society.

Crystal Specialist Finance managing director Jo Breeden comments: “We have dealt with specialist residential requests in the past to support other applications, but broker demand has reached a point where a standalone service is required.

“Our lender panel has been carefully selected to ensure we have strong offering across a whole gambit of complex residential requirements, with each able to bring a unique proposition to the table.

“Ultimately we position ourselves as a ‘one-stop shop’ across all specialist finance sectors so we have to change and adapt with market conditions.”
