Coventry unveils new flexx BTL loans

Coventry for Intermediaries has launched new flexx for term buy-to-let mortgages at 50-75 per cent LTV.

The range includes a 1.82 per cent rate with a £1,999 fee and a 2.25 per cent ratewith a £999 fee, both at 50 per cent LTV.

Neither option has any early repayment charges.

Coventry for Intermediaries director of intermediaries Kevin Purvey says: “These products offer competitive rates, the ability to make unlimited overpayments and further borrowing at the same rate (subject to lending criteria).”

The lender is also cutting rates on two- and five-year buy-to-let loans from 70 to 75 per cent LTV.

Last month the lender cut five-year fixed rates at 90 per cent LTV by up to 0.16 per cent.
