Complete FS has appointed an onsite underwriter from Interbay Commercial in a bid to further strengthen its relationship with the specialist lender.
The arrangement follows the appointment of an onsite underwriter from Kent Reliance which, Complete FS says, has been highly successful.
Interbay’s underwriter will be present in Complete’s Southampton offices on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
Complete FS says the appointment is a direct result of the “high quality and volume” of the business it has been submitting, and says there is a 90 per cent enquiry to completion conversion rate achieved between the two businesses.
