Complete FS hires first business support manager

Specialist lending packager and distributor Complete FS has appointed Sean Latchem to the newly created role of business support manager.

Latchem joins with a retail background and for the past two years has worked as a service manager at Marks and Spencer.

Complete FS director Phil Jay says the new appointment entails taking a leading role in educating brokers on BORIS – Complete’s placing, sourcing and tracking system – marketing Complete’s lenders and their USP’s to introducers; helping brokers write more specialist business; and supporting the directors with external events.

Jay says: “The role we wanted to fill required someone who could demonstrate they were completely committed to providing customers with world class service. Sean’s background in retail, one of the most competitive of business environments and where service is of paramount importance, convinced us that we could make use of his skills to provide our introducers with an enhanced service experience.”

“Our market is also highly competitive and at Complete FS we are always looking to improve our edge. Sean will be part of our evolving strategy of continual improvement in everything we do. The fact that he is a Tottenham supporter will not be held against him.”
