Leek United Building Society has appointed Chris Collins to the newly created role of head of customer operations.
Collins joins from Dudley Building Society where he was head of operations.
Prior to that, he spent 25 years with the Coventry, where he was head of business operations.
Collins says: “One of the great challenges is to absorb and embrace constantly-changing technology while still maintaining the traditional values on which the Society’s reputation has been built.”
