CLS Money launches hybrid broker service

CLS Money has launched a new hybrid broker service called Talk Mortgages.

The services allows customers to arrange a video call with a mortgage adviser or book an appointment to do so at a later date.

The launch follows a trial period of six months.

CLS Money founder Clayton Shipton (pictured) comments: “We have older customers who have enjoyed the flexibility that Talk Mortgages provides, with its late opening hours and ability to secure a mortgage at a time and place that suits them.

“It has also been popular with tech savvy millennials, who want to take out their smartphone or tablet and get the results they want.

“All the surveys of customer preferences confirm that the majority of people seeking a mortgage prefer to deal directly with a human being… in our view, Talk Mortgages provides everything that robo-advice offers in terms of fast access, but married to the reassurance of dealing with a qualified human adviser.”
