Clever Lending partners with LendInvest

Clever Lending has been made a strategic partner of bridging specialist LendInvest.

The firm will be able to distribute LendInvest’s specialist bridging and development finance products.

LendInvest offer rates as low as 0.64 per cent on its products, catering for lending on buy-to-let investment and commercial property.

Brokers can now deal directly with Clever Lending to gain access to LendInvest’s range.

Clever Lending head of specialist lending Sonny Gosai says: “It is very exciting for us to be able to provide market-leading criteria for a variety of bridging, commercial and development funding products from LendInvest.”

LendInvest chief commercial officer Matt Tooth says: “We enjoy forging close working relationships with partners that share our values to distribute our products to a greater number of professional borrowers across the country.”
