Castle Trust has recruited its sixth business development manager this year, as it looks to expand further.

The intermediary-only lender has taken on Mark Stephenson, formerly of Borro, as BDM for East Anglia.

Stephenson will cover areas such as Chelmsford, Colchester, Cambridge, Ilford, Romford, Hertford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Stevenage and Southend-On-Sea.

Castle Trust director of sales Alex Upton says: “With a host of unique features, our products don’t look like those of other mortgage lenders and so a high calibre sales force is central in helping ever more brokers to deliver great outcomes for their clients.

“With this in mind, we are really pleased to welcome Mark on board.”
