Bank of Ireland upgrades broker portal

Bank of Ireland has upgraded its broker portal by adding new features for all residential, remortgage and buy-to-let products.

Brokers can now introduce new customers, transfer new products and reduce the term for existing customers online, according to the bank.

The service is available through both the Post Office for Intermediaries and Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries.

Bank of Ireland head of intermediaries Iain Smith says: “We are excited to announce improvements to our service which will enable brokers to submit and view product transfers online via our award-winning mortgage application system.

“Bank of Ireland is committed to working with brokers to listen to their feedback and make their lives easier.

“This latest online feature is just one of several updates we have made to our online systems and services to save brokers time and make it easy for us to do business together in the future.”
