Berkeley Alexander has appointed Fiona Mair as its new senior customer services adviser, and promoted Shannon Wait to a telephone business development manager.
Mair has over 13 years’ experience in the customer services sector. She previously held positions at Claims Adviser, Aviva and most recently Safeguard Insurance as a customer services associate.
Wait has been at Berkeley Alexander since 2018 as a customer service adviser. Prior to this she worked at OSM Aviation and Monarch Airlines.
