Bath BS added to TMA lender panel


TMA Club has added Bath Building Society to its lender panel.

Members of the club will have access to the mutual’s full range of products aimed at first-time buyers and prospective landlords.

These include Bath’s Rent a Room Mortgage, which allows borrowers to rent out a spare room and put that rent towards their monthly repayment, as well as its ex-pat buy-to-let mortgage.

TMA senior business and product manager Rob McCoy says: “At TMA, we are committed to ensuring that our brokers are able to provide their clients with the right product. We believe that Bath Building Society fits the bill perfectly.”
